has been used to give the grid reference for access points. Please

1 BANKHEAD MOSS Peat Inn

Small remnant raised bog with surrounding mixed woodland and fen, main
interest acid bog habitat; locally uncommon bog plants in former lint
holes; orchids, sedges on fen; wildfowl, waders in winter; hide,
boardwalk.

9 FLEECEFAULDS MEADOW Ceres

A superb remnant of unimproved calcareous grassland and fen. Covers
12.5 hectares on the north-facing slope of the central "rigging of
Fife". Contains the sole surviving colony in east Fife of the beautiful
globe flower - Trollius europaeus .

10 DUMBARNIE LINKS Largo Bay

A system of dunes and associated grassland at the east end of Largo
Bay. First designated as an SSSI in 1955, it is one of the most
extensive and important examples of of calcareous dune systems in the
east of Scotland.
